This agreement is a legal contract between you and Flower VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and associated intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, and passwords. Jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing operating system security may cause the App to malfunction or increase security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When those functions are used, you may also be subject to the respective terms of those third-party providers.

The service depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or local settings. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your country or region are your responsibility. Please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. Issues such as depleted device battery, system malfunction, or user configuration errors are not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate routing information and app updates, but some data may come from third parties or be affected by network conditions; we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from such factors. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service within a reasonable scope; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
