Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flower VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing the mobile application (the 'App') and related network connection services. We process data under principles of necessity, transparency, and security.

When you download, open, or use the App, we may collect information necessary to operate the service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app activity paths, connection status, crash logs, and approximate region. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable Flower VPN nodes and connection options; 2. analyze regional connection quality through anonymized aggregate data and improve routing; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account messages. We do not use this data for unrelated profiling or ad tracking.

We only share aggregated or minimized data with necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, basic analytics, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. disclosure required by legal process or regulatory obligation; 2. action necessary to protect users, property, or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations for required operations. To stop new data collection, remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the account period and a reasonable retention window afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If accidental collection is discovered, we will take steps to delete it. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and security review measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal, product, or operational changes. Your continued use of the Service after updates are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. If you have questions or suggestions about our privacy practices, contact the Flower VPN team by email ([email protected]).
